Have you ever wondered how to start metal detecting? Would you like to learn how to use a detector, get a hang of the settings, the right way to use one, dig a hole correctly, use different functions and have someone along side you guiding you through the process?
Well here is your chance! The 2 hour session will be on the unearthed test bed, either a monday, tuesday, thursday, friday or saturday morning of your choice, unearthed will supply everything you need to learn, all you need to do is bring yourself! Based at the unearthed headquarters in cumbria you will have the whole test bed to yourself.

I'd been watching metal detecting videos on YouTube for a while but felt like I needed more to get me started in the hobby. A quick search for metal detecting tuition found me on the unearthed uk website. A couple of emails soon had a date organised with Graeme and I was off to learn what I could! From the moment we met Graeme was friendly and easy going. Going through the various settings and options on the detector and the correct technique to use it, making sure I was comfortable with everything before moving on. The instruction was pitched at the perfect level and I left after the 2 hour lesson feeling confident that I now had a firm base from which to start. I honestly could not recommend this any more. If you are wishing to take up the hobby and want someone to guide you in the right direction then graeme is clearly a master of his craft and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend all of his services. The level of service for this and the rest of the 'shopping' experience are truly top notch and I will definitely be a returning customer.
